Our Story
With more than 50 years of experience in the composite material industry and over 15 years specializing in bicycle carbon wheel design and manufacturing, Circle Engineering has grown from a composites pioneer into a trusted ODM/OEM partner for bicycle brands worldwide.
Headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan, we control every step of the process — from raw carbon fiber materials through to complete, precision-built wheels and rims — all under one roof, on our own production line.

We are not a trading company or a reseller; every rim and wheel we ship is wound, cured, machined, and inspected on our own production line here.

Company History
The Marshal Group's Bicycle Division establishes its rim department in Huizhou, China — laying the foundation for our carbon rim expertise.
Circle Engineering's wheel building line is established in Taichung, Taiwan.
Circle Engineering's carbon rim production line is established in Taichung, adopting Marshal's automated manufacturing process as part of the Marshal Group.
Circle Engineering achieves ISO 14064-1 certification for greenhouse gas accounting.
Circle Engineering is certified to ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management.
